Not all teaching is transformative. Most teachings are about tradition, not Truth. Lineage becomes limitation, not liberation. When a teacher frames their approach as the way—whether through personal preference, hierarchy, or lineage—Truth turns into tradition, transformation is traded for information, and mastery is reduced to a method.

However, a master does not impose their way; they meet the student where they are, wielding wisdom with precision rather than preference. Most teachers are like technicians—skilled with one favourite tool because it worked for them. But a master understands that no single tool is supreme—only the one most effective in this moment. Mastery is meeting the moment with exactly what is needed. A master does not impose their way; they reveal your way, already unfolding within you. The best teaching is not about what worked for me—it is what awakens you.
