These 10 pitfalls prevent you from living Truth.

1. Transcendence Only
Many are too focused on transcending the mind/body/world and then deny it.

2. Misunderstanding Non-duality
Non-duality is often misunderstood as rejecting individuality, rather than seeing individuality as an expression of unity. This misunderstanding results in dissociation.

3. Fear of Living In the World
After realizing the illusory nature of the ego, some avoid re-engaging with life, fearing they will become attached and suffer. This detachment prevents one from embodying truth.

4. Attached to The Absolute
People become identified and attached to the absolute/ transcendent and detached from the relative/imminent.

5. No Integration
Most spiritual teachers focus on realization not actualization. The bridge between realization and actualization is integration. The journey is incomplete without integrating realization into daily life.

6. Rejection of the Body and Emotions
The body and emotions are often seen as something to avoid rather than an expression of Truth. Embodiment requires embracing them as part of the divine whole, not avoiding or suppressing them.

7. Rejecting Responsibility
Some use self-realization as an excuse to avoid responsibility, claiming “there is no doer.” True embodiment involves accepting full responsibility.

8. Intellectual vs Experiential
Realization often remains intellectual and not experiential. Embodiment bridges this gap, aligning your lived experience with your realization.

9. Spiritual Ego
A “spiritual ego” can be created, by identifying with spirituality. The subtle attachment to realization itself creates separation.

10. Fear of the Unknown
Embodiment means living in the unknown. It takes courage to realize Truth and even more to live it.

Realizing Truth is the beginning of an endless adventure.

The ultimate Truth is living it. ☀️
